We work online only, which allows us to support clients worldwide and respond flexibly across time zones. You choose a convenient time on our website, receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link, and complete a detailed questionnaire so the expert can prepare. We work in English, Russian, and French. Consultations must be booked at least 10 days in advance. Urgent bookings are possible for an additional 30% fee, depending on available time slots.

Yes, we provide full guidance—including program selection, admission calendar planning, and support with all documents, CV, cover letters, essays, and interview preparation, everything needed for your target programs—which is available only after the first strategic session.
