A session includes a discussion of your question on one of the following topics with written follow-up provided: - Types of visas, length of stay, and socio-economic rights depending on the type of visa. - Changing the type of residence permit in case of changes in family and/or economic status. - Family reunification if one of the family members has a residence permit/permanent residence permit/French citizenship. - Political asylum: full description of all stages of the procedure, filling out the OFPRA form, online preparation for the interview at OFPRA, explanation of the OFPRA decision, selection of a lawyer in case of refusal to grant refugee status in the first instance. - Naturalization: ways to obtain French citizenship, criteria, risk assessment of refusal at the time of consultation
